Lets Talk: The Alberta Party says okay. The NDP says no way.

July 7, 2010, 6:24 PM
Continuing from this post.
  • As predicted, the NDP said no. Rather vitriolic-ally so, actually. Called the Liberals names, said they were desperate, etcetera, and few other choice words. Now the question is whether or not the non-partisan non-diehards will feel the same as the NDP partisans.
  • The Alberta Party has said okay under certain conditions.
  • The Green Party no longer exists (or, really, it exists under the Alberta party since Alberta party deputy* leader Erickson was the Green Party leader before it imploded..).
  • And, hopefully, Albertans will take note.

Edit: Daveberta (in the comments) was nice enough to correct me. Eriskson was the deputy leader pre-collapse of the Alberta Greens.

  • Jymn:

I admit to being dense but I have no idea what this post is about. No backstory? The links are not exactly helpful.

  • Sorry Jymn. I’ve edited the post with a link to the preceding post that this post is in reference to.

  • Just a note, Vincent: Edwin Erickson was the Deputy Leader of the Alberta Greens. Joe Anglin was their Leader.
